Tees Urgent Care Service
The new Urgent Care Service, which covers four hospitals across North and South Tees, has now gone live, offering the same care to patients, regardless of where they live.

Requests made electronically take less time to process.
Increased use of the NHS App has provided a more efficient repeat prescription process.
Harbour Counselling
We are currently hosting Harbour, the domestic abuse charity, in the practice.
Kingsway Medical Centre are committed to supporting families affected by domestic abuse.
Harbour are in the practice weekly to speak to patients face to face.
Ask your GP or nurse on how to access the service.

The Surgery is open from 8am to 6 pm on Monday - Friday
When the surgery is closed :
For urgent medical advice please call 111
For a life threatening medical emergency call 999.
If you are calling between 6pm and 6.30pm Monday to Friday and require medical advice please call 07392 866847. Please note you will be unable to book appointments on this number.
If you have a minor injury, please attend the Urgent Care Centre at either the University Hospital of Hartlepool or the University Hospital of North Tees. You will be treated by a GP (doctor) or urgent care practitioner who will be based in the urgent care centre.
If you are unsure if you need to see your normal GP (doctor) or attend an urgent care centre then NHS 111 will advise you.
