Access to your full medical record

As your GP practice, we have been asked to provide you with access to your full medical record via the NHS app (and NHS website) if you have a suitable NHS login, from 31st October 2023.

Opening Times

(Between the core hours of 8.00 – 8.30 & 18.00 – 18.30 a clinical member of staff will be available)

PHONELINES ARE CLOSED EVERY DAY FROM 13:00PM AND REOPEN AT 14:00PM. THE SURGERY RECEPTION HOWEVER REMAINS OPEN FOR WALK IN.

(*)Booked appointment only / Late Night Surgery:

Monday and Wednesday evenings ONLY from 18.30 - 20.00.

The surgery is open to pre-booked patients during the hours listed above. The surgery will only be opening to allow these pre-booked patients in, therefore, all usual queries will need to be postponed until the following day.
