Dr Honey’s Retirement
Dear Patients,
Doctor Susan Honey will be retiring on August 31st after more than 30 years providing healthcare in the local community. Doctor Honey and her team at Woodfield Road Surgery have worked hard during these years to provide the highest level of patient care and maximise the services we are able to provide while maintaining the values of a small family GP Practice. It is Doctor Honey’s fervent wish that the Practice should continue to flourish along these lines once she retires.
To this end, Doctor Honey has been working with the partners at Paddington Green Health Centre, Doctor Melinda Crème, Doctor Rishi Chopra and Doctor Imogen Brunner, on a succession plan that will enable Woodfield Road Surgery to continue to run this way after her retirement, from the same building and with the same reception staff and administration team in place. All parties are agreed and are happy to announce that the GPs at Paddington Green will take over the Practice on September 1st 2022
This is the perfect solution for Woodfield Road as both practices share the same commitment to quality of care and are proud to have been providing this in the heart of the local community for many years. Both practices have current CQC ‘Good’ ratings and are members of the Regent Health primary care network. As we are neighbours our practices and patients experience similar challenges in terms of environmental health issues and access to healthcare. We also share the same local, hospital and community services. By having the same GPs overseeing both sites we will be in a position not only to continue to offer an efficient and high quality service, increase service provision and capacity but also gain a better insight into what is working well in our area and have a bigger voice to influence change where needed.
We appreciate your continued support and the feedback we receive from our patients; your views are very important to us. If you would like to offer us feedback or have any specific queries, please contact the practice: -
