Protected Learning Time Afternoon

Muiredge Surgery will be closed on Thursday 7th November 2024 from 1 pm to 6pm for Protected Learning and Training. If your condition is life threatening please call 999.  Alternatively, if you require Urgent Care between these hours, you should call 01592 729250 for assistance.  After 6pm, please call NHS 24 on 111.  The surgery will re-open on the following day 8th November.

New Phone System at Muiredge Surgery

An upgrade to our phone system was installed on Thursday 19th October 2023. From the time of installation all calls will be recorded automatically for training and monitoring purposes.

Welcome to Muiredge Surgery

Muiredge Surgery is a seven Doctor General Medical Practice located in Buckhaven in Fife.

We provide health care for just over 9000 patients.  We are also a training practice providing undergraduate & postgraduate teaching for trainee doctors.

The doctors & staff at Muiredge are proud to offer the highest standard of health care.  Our purpose is to manage the care of patients who are ill and to promote patients' health.  We aim to do this by providing services which are responsive to health care needs and providing an infrastructure that supports quality health care delivery.

Parking & Access

There is free parking while you are attending the surgery. There is also level access and full facilities for the disabled.
