Flu vaccinations are now available to book at Pall Mall Surgery - from Sat 16th September. Please call 0737 6581825 to arrange an appointment. This is for all Over 65's, At-Risk Under 65's and 2-3 year olds for their nasal spray.
We do not have any information regarding covid boosters at this time but will contact you when more information is available.

If your appointment is to see a nurse for : Asthma and COPD annual reviews, first time contraceptive advice, Wound Management, Smear, Child Imms, Adult Imms, Removal of Sutures or Blood Pressure, please contact the surgery by phone to make your appointment.

From Saturday 1 October 2022, out-of-hours appointments will be available from 6:30pm to 8pm on weekdays, and from 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.
An out-of-hours appointment might not be at your regular GP surgery. When you book an appointment, you will be told where the appointment will be.
These appointments will not be available as walk-in appointments. You will need to book them in advance.
To book an out-of-hours appointment, you should contact your regular GP practice in the usual way. They will advise you on the appointments which are available, and which healthcare professional is the right person to help you.
If an out of hours appointment needs to be cancelled, please contact your surgery unless it is a Saturday then please call 07513094494 for cancellation only.
If you need medical help now but it’s not an emergency, you can also go to 111 online or call 111.

Existing patients can enjoy access to our wide range of services at the touch of a button. Whether managing your appointment, accessing Medical Record Viewer or ordering a repeat prescription you can now do both without leaving your home.
Test Results
Pall Mall Surgery no longer gives out test results over the phone or via appointments.
You will be contacted by the surgery should there be a need. However, if you wish to view your recent blood test results why not download the NHS App (available free from the IOS store or Google Play Store) register and once live you will have access to all of your recent test information.
In the rare instance you do require further information about a specific test result please visit our website and contact us using the
administration option from our eConsult service.
