The doctors and staff at Sydenham House Medical Centre are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.

We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

In addition to everything you need to know about the practice, you will find a wealth of health-related information.  Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like. We can use your ideas to improve our online services and further develop the content of this site.

Mission Statement

Our aim is to provide the highest quality health care available to our patients, with a well-trained and highly motivated primary health care team.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind people that we have a Zero Tolerance policy in place at the practice. Our staff have been experiencing higher levels of physical and verbal abuse.  We realise that people can become upset when they are or poorly but abuse towards staff is not acceptable.

ABUSE #notinadayswork

We are here to care for you, to keep you well. We are not here to be abused

We work for the NHS because we want to care for you. Please don't abuse us

We can refuse treatment and take further action against anyone who threatens our safety, but we don't want to do that, we want to help
