Extended Primary Care Hubs

The practice works in conjunction with the local Primary Care Network providing additional appointments to patients at the localities below between 6.30pm – 8.00pm and at the weekend. 

There are GP, Nurse, Pharmacist and physiotherapy appointments available at various locations throughout Stoke-on-Trent, including.

Potteries Medical Centre, Beverley Drive, Bentilee, Stoke-on-Trent, ST2 0JG

Harley Street Medical Centre, Harley Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 3RX

Moorcroft Medical Centre, 10 Botteslow Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 3NJ

If you would like to see a GP or Nurse out of the Practices normal working hours then please speak to the receptionist who will be happy to look for an appointment for you.
