*Patient Notice - Please note:
*Emergency Service 28.03.25:*
On Friday 28.03.25, the practice will be providing an Emergency Only service due to essential IT /server upgrades by NHS Grampian, meaning we will not have a live computer system for the entire day. During this time no routine prescriptions will be able to be issued nor appointments booked. If you do run out of medication unexpectedly, a short supply may be available via your usual pharmacy – please call & check with them.
The practice will be open for anyone who requires urgent medical advice. Please call 0345 337 1150, choosing Option 1 where one of the team will advise you further.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused however we have been advised these upgrades are not optional & must be carried out before 31.03.2025.

Practice Refurbishment works
From Monday 03.03.25 until 31.03.25, refurbishment works will be undertaken in an admin area of the practice. This will not affect access to the practice, waiting rooms or clinical areas however there will be construction noise & tradesman in the affected area during this time. We have been assured noise during working hours will be as minimal as possible. Admin staff have been issued with double ear, noise cancelling headsets so this should not affect the quality of calls into the practice. Please bear with us whilst these improvement works are ongoing.
08.01.2025 -
Flu and other respiratory illnesses continue to circulate at increased levels within our community.
If you have respiratory/flu like symptoms & are attending the practice for an appointment, you will be issued with a face mask to wear during your appointment, if safe to do so . This simple measure will help protect us all & reduce the spread of illness further. This decision follows a request by NHS Grampian today to please wear face masks in all Healthcare settings when displaying respiratory/flu like symptoms.
Thank you for your co-operation & understanding.
