Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership has introduced a new Dundee Mental Health and Wellbeing website. You can access it by clicking here.
Practice Access - 1pm to 2pm
Our practice observes restricted access between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM daily. During this time, we will attend to emergency and urgent cases only. We kindly request that you avoid calling or visiting the practice during this hour unless it is an emergency. Please also note that the Medical Centre's doors are closed every Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

How to test at home for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs)
You can test for some sexually transmitted infections (STIs) on your own, without having to go to a sexual health clinic. This is only if you do not have symptoms. More information is available on the NHS Inform website

Extended Hours Service
The Practice provides an extended hours service offering pre-bookable telephone appointments on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings from 7.30am. Reception staff can assist if you wish to utilise this service. Our phone lines open at 8am as usual for routine and urgent care
Sources of Support (social prescribing)
Social prescribing is an approach which is being used in GP Practices to help patients with non- medical issues which are impacting upon their mental health and wellbeing. The link worker is part of the GP Practice team and is an experienced practitioner who will work with you on the issues which are causing you the most concern and identify services/community groups/activities which are best placed to help you.

Patient Assessment and Liaison Mental Health Services (PALMS)
Are you worried about your mental health? Feeling overwhelmed or low and need to talk to someone about seeking relevant support?
You can self refer to PALMS for consultation.
Who is this service for?
- Anyone aged 16-64 years old who is experiencing mental health difficulties.
- Individuals aged 16-17 years old who are not enrolled in school education.
- Anyone not currently seeing a mental health professional (e.g. psychologist, mental health nurse or psychiatrist
- Individuals struggling with low mood, anxiety, self esteem, distressing life events or other difficulties that you would like help with.

Online Services
We offer various online services such as ordering repeat prescriptions and updating your contact details. Some of these services have certain requirements.
Repeat Prescriptions - Click here to access this service. Please allow 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after ordering for collection at the surgery. If you normally collect your prescription at the pharmacy, please allow 7 working days
Please do not order your medication early as this will put additional pressure on the system resulting in further delays.
