PLT is an opportunity for the GP practice team to address learning and professional development needs.

We are committed to giving our patients high standards of care. We aim to work together with our patients and other members of the healthcare team to improve the health of our patients.

All patients registering with the practice are invited to attend for a new patient's medical check. This will help us to learn about you and help to improve the service which we provide.

Access

The surgery has ramps to the entry and exit doors to facilitate wheelchair use. If you require any assistance please inform reception and we will be delighted to help.

We also offer extended hours to help those who may be working during the day.  Appointments are available between 7.30am and 8.30am and 5.30pm and 6.30pm on specific days.  If you require such an appointment, please check the latest availability with reception.

Please note that we are closed for telephone calls between 12.30pm and 1.30pm daily.  Please only call during this time if it is a medical emergency which cannot wait.
