We continue to run our flu and Covid vaccination clinics.  If you are over 65 or Clinically Extremely Vulnerable, please ask at reception for an appointment.

We are now running clinics for RSV vaccination - if you are aged 75-79 years, please speak with a receptionist to book your appointment.

Please register a nominated pharmacy of your choice, your scripts will then be sent there, so you do not have to come to the Surgery to pick them up.

Also please register with the Surgery to order your medication on line via Patient Services. This is to reduce the phone calls into the Surgery to enable more urgent calls to get through.

Welcome to Holywood Road Surgery. We are a 3 partner General Medical Practice in Belfast.

There are 3 GPs in partnership, with the support of:

• Advanced Nurse Practitioner,
• Pharmacist,
• Phlebotomist,
• and Reception/Clerical Staff.

We offer a complete range of medical services including:

• maternity care,

• immunisations,
• general medical and surgical care,
• child health surveillance,
• minor surgery,
• contraception,
• screening and health promotion for both men and women.

Our patient records are computerised and we assure complete confidentiality.

Your rights are protected by the Data Protection Act and we comply with the Freedom of Information Act and GDPR.

If your call is NOT URGENT - Please phone the surgery after 2pm - DO NOT phone before this as we are answering URGENT phone calls in the morning.

Opening Times.

The Surgery doors are now closed between 12.30pm & 1.30pm for lunch.

We are operating a Telephone Triage System.

If you require an URGENT clinician call back please telephone The Surgery after 8.30am. 

There are a limited number of daily telephone call back appointments available for this service.

The receptionist will arrange for a Clinician to return your phone call.
