TELEPHONE SYSTEM

There is now an automated system when phoning the surgery.

Call 028 2076 2684 then listen to options:-

Press 1 for medical emergencies

Press 2 for appointments and enquiries.

Press 3 for test results between 2pm and 4pm.

Press 4 for scripts where you will be advised to call a dedicated number or, you can ring this number directly. The number is 028 2076 1534. Please leave your name, DOB and full details of the medication that you require.

From 28th April the script line will be open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Prescriptions will be processed by Reception within 48 hours of ordering (Monday to Friday). Your Pharmacy may require further time to process your prescription. Please check the Pharmacy  before contacting Reception.

Keep A&E For Emergencies: Your GP Knows You Best!

Who to contact when your surgery is closed:

Dalriada Urgent Care on 028 2566 3500.

1. Your GP knows you & your MEDICAL HISTORY better than an A&E Doctor.
2. You can request an appointment any morning from 08.30 am
3. HOURS: The surgery is open from 8:30 each morning and closes at 5:30 each day Monday - Friday. Reception is open between 09.30am-1pm and 2pm-5.30pm. between 1 and 2pm every day. Reception closes for lunch 1pm-2pm, in an emergency please call 028 2076 2684 and hit option 1.
4. Surgery closes at 1pm every Wednesday.

**Please note Reception is closed at 1:00 pm every Wednesday afternoon.  You may speak to the Emergency Doctor by ringing the surgery telephone number 028 207 62684  and following the instructions on the message system.  You can also call 07480375611.Surgery is closed between 1pm and 2pm for lunch, however in an emergency please ring 028 2076 2684 and press option 1. If a patient is at the window any day between 1& 2 or a Wednesday afternoon please knock if it is an emergency.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RECEPTION DESK OPENS AT 09.30AM HOWEVER RECEPTION  STAFF ARE THERE TO DEAL WITH EMERGENCIES BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 08.30AM AND 09.30AM.
